This week I sit down and talk with former head killer whale trainer from SeaWorld San Antonio Mary Lou Suppa. She talks about how she made her dream of becoming a marine mammal trainer happen, how to be a fair leader, and how to start from the beginning again. Now working as a dolphin trainer for Miami Seaquarium, Mary is a pro at changing paths and risking it all for her dreams.
